Got some feedback from Dr. Chavez Carey for our Family Practice providers (not residents). I'll check with Adult Medicine and Pediatrics providers to see if this also applies to them and let you know.
Care Coordinators now have access to schedule an overbook in advance in Family Practice and Adult Medicine. One overbook appointment is available per clinic.
Morning - 9 am
Afternoon - 2 pm
Evening - 6 pm
To book into a overbook slot you must explicitly ask care coordinator to do so- you must use the word "overbook" in your message to them.
They will not use an overbook slot if you ask for PA and none available UNLESS YOU SPECIFICALLY TELL THEM TO DO SO
